Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lavenzee! More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something doesn’t look for feel right, please email us immediately and we’ll make it right!

Return Policy:

We hope you love our products. If, for any reason you are not happy with the item you received, we will gladly accept a return/ exchange when the item you purchased has a major problem:

  • Significantly different from the description or sample shown to you
  • Damaged due to the fault of our factory
  • Not what you ordered
  • Doesn't arrive within 60 days from the purchase date.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. 
If you return your order without our agreement and it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund will not be issued.

Note: All claims must be made within 3 days from the arrival date. Claims received after this point may be denied and we will not offer you a refund/ exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your items meet our return requirements (please read in return section above), your refund will be processed right after, and you will receive your money back within 2-5 business days.
In case you don't agree with this solution, we can only give you a 70% refund of your total order value and you can keep your items, no need to return them back to us.

Note: We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.

Cancelation & Modification

If you want to change your order (maybe change into another size, custom text, or quantity), please contact us with your order number and tell us the modification you would like to make. We’ll willing to assist you to change your order before it is fulfilled. The confirmation email will be sent to you once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Note: Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 5 hours from the purchase time. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled. A management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address.

Please review your shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase.

Stolen/ Missing Package

We will work with shipping lines to ship your order properly and inform you how to track your delivery in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible when your package is believed to be lost or stolen after the carrier marks it as delivered. In this case, refunds or replacements will not be issued

If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, please file the appropriate claims with the shipping carrier and file a report if necessary.
